Sean Marschke has over 30 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience. He has served at federal, state, and local levels. During his law enforcement career, Sean has been the lead investigator in major case investigations involving homicide, kidnapping, robbery, fraud, and computer crimes. He has worked on numerous multi-jurisdictional cases and investigations spanning across state lines. Before his law enforcement tenure, Sean Marschke was a senior loss prevention professional in both the retail and hotel/hospitality industries.
He has worked with numerous businesses on workplace violence prevention and mitigation strategies. He also has been involved with critical business continuity planning to build resiliency in crisis situations. He is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor and has instructed over 400 individuals for concealed carry permits.
Sean is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He is also a Past President of the Wisconsin Chiefs of Police Association and a member of the US Attorney's Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee. Sean is an FBI National Command Course graduate and serves as a national board member of the FBI National Command Course Association.
