Annual cost of CSS programs.

Here's how the pricing formula works.

SECURITY SOLUTIONS PACKAGE

Each housing unit within your complex would be assessed a monthly monitoring fee of fifty (.50) cents a month.

If you have say, 100 units within your complex, using the above formula, the monthly cost for security services would be just $ 50.00 per month for the complex.

LEGAL SOLUTIONS PACKAGE

Each housing unit within your complex would be assessed a fee of thirty (.30) cents a month.

Using the 100 unit formula above, the monthly cost for legal services would be just $30.00 per month.

All of the billing for these services, if you choose one or both packages,will be done on an annual basis.

For insurance purposes, an annual contract is required.
