Community Security Solutions is building a network of professional, community based, security companies to participate in a high tech mobile deployment team that will respond to the unique service needs of multi-unit residences.

            Security guards will be dispatched to your site using the latest communications technologies. They will attend your site, address the issue, be it a parking infraction, a noise complaint, vandalism, any aspect of your rules and regulations that tenants/members have agreed to abide by.

            The complex management will receive a thorough, documented report on the occurrence, or the infraction, date/time/address/result. These reports can be downloaded from the internet, mailed, or faxed. Whichever method is preferred.

            These reports will provide management with a written record of visits to the site to address security issues. They will also provide legal documentation for you, should the need arise to address infraction at your complex, with legal recourse.
